Roessel Joy is looking for a results-driven Recruiter to join our Accounting & Finance division. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, competitive, and excited to connect top talent with the right opportunities while growing their career and earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and engage top accounting and finance professionals to fill client job openings.
• Screen candidates to assess experience, skills, and fit for specific roles.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and prepare them for interviews.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates ready for current and future roles.
• Manage the hiring process from submission to placement.
• Consistently hit activity metrics and placement goals.
