Roessel Joy is seeking motivated, energetic interns to join our Recruiting team for Summer 2026. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in candidate engagement, hiring processes, and talent sourcing. You’ll gain real-world exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, advertise, and maintain job postings
- Review applications and assist with candidate screening
- Assist recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination
- Conduct candidate outreach and cold calling
Qualifications:
- BA/BS candidate in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must be available to work full-time on-site in Boston, MA June-August 2026
