Job Title: Lead Service Technician – Residential HVAC/R
Location: Newton, MA
Pay: $45–$50/hr OT
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair & install residential HVAC/R systems
- Troubleshoot using wiring diagrams & schematics
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Keep truck stocked and job-ready
What You Bring:
- 5 years residential HVAC/R experience
- Refrigeration license EPA cert
- Strong troubleshooting & install skills
- Valid driver’s license
