What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to recommend solutions for plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, and indoor air quality needs

• Build trust and provide honest, needs-based recommendations

• Close sales while creating customers who refer friends and family

• Follow up on leads and generate additional business through strong service

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

What You Bring

• Experience: 2 years in sales (home services, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, or similar B2C sales preferred)

• Mindset: Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable

• Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing ability

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Bonus: Prior experience in home services is a plus
