Responsibilities
- Receive, enter, process, and manage sales orders through the fulfillment process.
- Assist Account Managers with sales quotations, customer communication, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product delivery, pricing, and support related to customer sales orders.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook.
- Prior customer service-related experience.
- Proficiency to effectively interact with customers.
- Experience with order fulfillment in an e-commerce environment a plus.
