Roessel Joy has partnered with an established manufacturing company on a new Controller opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background owning the month-end-close, working hands-on within the GL, and staff management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the budgeting & forecasting processes.
- Oversee Cash Flow projections.
- Own the month-end-close process.
- Work hands-on within the GL.
- Oversee AP/AR teams.
- Work cross functionally to improve financial processes.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience owning the month-end-close.
- Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
Salary : $120,000
