In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, supporting the full sales order process from entry through fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while managing customer inquiries and order processing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Receive, enter, process, and manage customer sales orders through the full fulfillment process.
- Assist Account Managers with sales quotations, customer communication, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product delivery timelines, pricing updates, and order support.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product and order information.
- Maintain accurate data entry for customer orders, transactions, and communications in internal systems.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or potential delays to customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrate strong phone and email etiquette when interacting with customers and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, sales support, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with order fulfillment or e-commerce processes is a plus.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
