Qualifications
High school diploma, ABA training or at least 1 year of behavior intervention experience or RBT certification, experience with challenging behaviors, strong communication skills, patience, and U.S. work authorization. Physical ability to move around the classroom and assist students is required.
Preferred Skills
College credits, CPI or Pro-Act training, CPR and First Aid, and experience working with children with behavioral needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay of $25-$26, weekly pay, paid sick leave, 401K eligibility, and professional development opportunities.
