Qualifications required are a high school diploma, experience with special needs, excellent communication skills, patience, and U.S. work authorization. Physical demands include being on your feet, lifting up to 20 lbs, and moving around the classroom.
Preferred skills include experience with moderate to severe behaviors, ABA therapy, AAC devices, CPR/First Aid, and behavioral intervention strategies. Compensation ranges from $24-$25/hour with weekly pay, and benefits include paid sick leave and 401K where eligible.
