Seeking a dentist to deliver comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a modern, digitally enabled studio environment. Responsibilities include performing restorative, operative, cosmetic, and complex procedures, diagnosing the whole person, and developing patient-centered treatment plans. The role involves leading with clinical judgment, expanding expertise in clear aligner therapy and sleep medicine, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience grounded in personalized care and hospitality. Dentists will collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, manage a dynamic schedule, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Leadership & Development
Lead or mentor team members, oversee clinical standards, conduct training, and participate in ongoing clinical calibration. Lead complex cases, manage member escalations with empathy, and contribute to a high-performing studio culture. For Lead Dentists, responsibilities include clinical onboarding, partner with studio leadership, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school, active license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years (Associate) or 6 years (Lead) clinical experience in private or similar practice settings
- Invisalign certification, comfort with digital workflows
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules, including some Saturdays
- Patient-focused, trustworthy, and committed to growth and excellence

- Physically capable of performing clinical duties with manual dexterity and proper ergonomics
