Associate / Lead Dentist

Role Overview

As a Dentist, you will provide exceptional clinical care in a modern studio, treating a diverse range of procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and complex cases. You will diagnose the whole person, addressing issues such as malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing, and develop patient-centered treatment plans. Opportunities exist to focus on clinical excellence as an Associate Dentist or assume leadership as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and driving clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental services using digital tools.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, including TMJ and sleep-related issues.
• Manage a productive schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow and excellent patient experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure coordinated, outstanding care.
• Lead clinical onboarding, training, and quality improvement initiatives (Lead role).
• Mentor and coach colleagues to promote clinical growth and performance.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school, with an active license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Invisalign certification; minimum experience of 2 years for Associate Dentists, 6 years for Lead Dentists.
• Comfort with digital workflows and modern dental technology.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform clinical duties with manual dexterity and proper ergonomics.
