- Providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff.
- Educating patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Monitoring patient progress, re-evaluating care plans, and documenting services accurately.
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment following infection control and safety protocols.
- Ensuring equipment is operational and supplies are stocked and ready.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Active RN license in the practice state.
- Effective communication skills and visual acuity to perform job duties.
- Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
