Your Role in Our Mobile Vision 🚀

• Architect & Build: Use Flutter to create pixel-perfect, high-performance NET NEW apps that run on iOS and Android with a focus on complex user interactions.

• Lead Decisions: Shape the mobile architecture, state management patterns, and platform best practices.

• Solve, Innovate, Repeat: Extend Flutter’s capabilities via plugins, diagnose cross-platform issues, and deliver seamless results.

• Mentor & Guide: Coach junior developers and set high technical standards.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the product and design teams to craft game-changing features for customers.

What Makes You Stand Out 🦄

• Experience: 5 years of mobile app development experience and a strong track record of delivering apps to production.

• Flutter Mastery: Skilled in Dart, Flutter widgets, state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), and bridging cross-platform quirks.

• Native Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android) for debugging and optimization.

• Plugins Know-How: Experience building/customizing Flutter plugins for bridging native and mobile functionality.

• Portfolio: A portfolio with examples of shipped apps and stories of challenges solved.

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) for microservices development.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including managing cloud resources and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and Blazor frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Expertise in API integration and backend connectivity.
• Solid understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
• Ability to guide developers with less experience and collaborate effectively within a team.
