What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Intake Coordinator position at Robert Half?
The Client Intake Coordinator daily duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Perform conflict checks
• Obtain conflict sign offs and waiver letters, and other required approvals per policy guidelines
• Create new clients and matters in Aderant system
• Matter maintenance and scanning (reopen matters, address changes, matter title changes, rate changes, etc.)
• Engagement letter management
• Maintain conflict database and rebuild conflict indexer
Other duties:
• Train new legal assistants on new matter (Hotdocs) and conflict search procedures
• Assists with other accounting projects as time allows
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• Associate or Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or in a relevant discipline preferred or in combination with relevant experience.
• Must be PC proficient
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Capable of handling confidential information
• Ability to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
