Position Overview
As the Technical Recruiting Manager, you will lead efforts to expand our client base while managing full-cycle recruitment for technical roles. You’ll be both a relationship builder and a talent strategist—developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring we deliver outstanding recruiting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Develop customized talent solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with clients.
Recruitment Execution
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (software engineering, data science, DevOps, etc.).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
Leadership & Strategy
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development.
- Track and report on KPIs related to both business development and recruiting performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a client-facing or business development role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ATS and CRM systems.
