The ideal Controller candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Manufacturing Cost Accounting
• Management experience
• Inventory management
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Advanced Excel
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar field of study.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management.
• Proven ability to develop budgets and forecasts for complex operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of general ledger processes and month-end close procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams.
