Position: Full Stack Software Engineer (Mobile)

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to $160,000 base annual salary  Bonus

Full-Stack Engineer – Help Build a Brand-New Mobile Product

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new department launching a net-new mobile product that will bring a successful brick-and-mortar business into the digital space. You’ll be joining a collaborative team focused on a 0-to-1 product build in a startup-like environment—but with the financial stability and backing of a well-established enterprise.

What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll work across the entire stack to bring this mobile-first product to life. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features from concept to production with a strong focus on performance, usability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build mobile applications and supporting web interfaces in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful product features
• Develop backend services and APIs to support mobile and web functionality

What You Bring:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have direct experience building mobile products from scratch in startup or greenfield environments. You must also have hands-on experience with all three of the following technologies:

• Flutter/Dart
• React Native
• Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot or similar)

Additional Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional experience in full-stack or product-focused software development
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design and user experience principles
• Experience working in agile teams and contributing to product strategy
