Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding rock-star candidates.
• Serve as a strategic collaborator for hiring managers, aligning recruiting strategies to meet short- and long-term business needs.
• Leverage cutting-edge applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
• Conduct insightful interviews that assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and alignment with organizational culture.
• Expertly prepare and present compelling offer letters, ensuring both compliance and a positive candidate experience.
• Play a vital role in communication by scheduling interviews and serving as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep meticulous records to maintain transparency and organization in recruitment processes.
• Stay ahead by keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices to refine sourcing strategies.
• Occasionally provide training and guidance to team members, fostering growth within recruitment operations.
• Be a champion of compliance by adhering to healthcare clearance standards and other regulations.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.
• Strong skills in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and tools, such as Paycor.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare clearance processes and requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
