HR Generalist 6_Non-Cleared

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Medley, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to drive key initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational objectives.
• Promote a workplace culture based on core values such as safety, trust, respect, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees to support growth and organizational success.
• Lead succession planning efforts to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of HR strategies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment efforts and attract top talent.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize HR processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage and contribute to special projects that drive continuous improvement and organizational initiatives.
• Support organizational change initiatives by implementing strategies that yield measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive HR experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience supporting an hourly workforce in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust as an HR business partner, providing coaching and guidance to business leaders.
• Experience working in a non-union labor environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems such as Workday.
• Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
