Help Desk Analyst I

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team on a contract basis in Lee, Massachusetts. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance across a range of platforms, including Android, Microsoft, and Apple devices. Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective technical support for issues related to Android devices, Microsoft systems, and Apple technologies.
• Assist users in troubleshooting hardware and software problems on Mac computers and other computer equipment.
• Configure and manage Active Directory settings to ensure proper user access and security.
• Deploy updates, patches, and configurations across various systems and devices.
• Maintain and support Cisco and Citrix technologies, ensuring seamless operation.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex IT challenges and implement solutions.
• Document and track all support requests to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Offer guidance and training to users on best practices for utilizing IT resources.
• Support configuration management processes to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Proven experience in Android development and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies.
• Proficiency in managing Mac computers and Apple devices.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft systems and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and configuration management.
• Ability to efficiently deploy software and system updates.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred.
