Corporate Controller

A rapidly growing manufacturing organization that blends construction and advanced manufacturing is seeking a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations at its flagship production facility. This organization has transformed the way commercial buildings are produced through standardized processes and large-scale manufacturing, and is continuing to scale operations nationwide. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will serve as the senior finance leader at the site and play a key role in driving financial discipline, operational insight, and continued growth.

Duties will include:

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the facility
• Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and balance sheet integrity
• Prepare management reporting, analysis, and business insights
• Manage and develop a team covering accounting, AP, and payroll
• Maintain general ledger structure, controls, and reporting framework
• Support cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Track capital expenditures and inventory performance
• Drive system improvements and process enhancements
• Partner closely with operations and executive leadership
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of accounting leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• CPA strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and operational finance
• ERP system experience and process improvement background
• ERP implementation exposure a plus; Dynamics Business Central ideal
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in cost accounting and financial systems.
• Proficiency in Dynamics Business Central is highly desirable.
• Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
