Settlement Review Attorney

Robert Half is partnering with a law firm looking to hire a Settlement Review Attorney to join their consumer-focused legal practice. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and Analysis: Thoroughly examine settlement agreements to ensure compliance with consumer law and protect client interests.

Task Management: Update and manage tasks related to ongoing cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients occasionally to provide updates, answer queries, and offer legal advice pertinent to their cases.

Requirements:

• Active bar license in the state of Rhode Island
• JD from an accredited law school
• Prior experience in consumer law preferred but not required.
