Copywriter

We are looking for a skilled Copywriter to join our team in Columbus, Ohio, on a contract basis. In this role, you will create compelling and effective content that aligns with marketing strategies and engages target audiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure all materials meet quality standards and reflect brand identity.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors, ensuring content is tailored to achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Proofread and perform quality control on all written materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Handle ad hoc content requests and provide creative solutions to meet project needs.
• Create materials that enhance brand awareness and effectively communicate benefit functions to customers.
• Work closely with designers and marketers to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Utilize digital tools and strategies to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to queries related to content to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all content complies with marketing strategies and adheres to established guidelines.
• Proven experience in copywriting, content strategy, or a related field.
• Strong command of the English language with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and competitor analysis to inform content creation.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies, campaign planning, and brand development.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for content creation and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of internal communications and benefit functions is a plus.
