As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring fiscal responsibility across all aspects of the organization. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by aligning financial management with organizational goals and supporting long-term planning.Responsibilities:• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.• Lead the development, monitoring, and forecasting of budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with audits, and regulatory requirements• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to foster growth and accountability.• Collaborate with organizational leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights and strategies.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.This will move quickly for the right person so reach out ASAP!!
