Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in contract management and coordination.

📌 Job Details:

• 💼 Type: Contract (6 months duration)
• 🕒 Hours: 40/week
• 🌍 Location: Fully Remote

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Process a variety of contracts (distribution agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements, etc.)
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from creation to execution
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and business teams
• Act as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely turnaround in a fast-paced environment
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain contract records

✅ What You Bring:

• 2-4 years’ experience in contract administration or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with legal terminology and contract structures
• Proficiency in data entry and document management tools

• Proven experience in contract administration, including drafting and negotiation.

• Strong knowledge of contract management principles and best practices.

• Expertise in contract pricing strategies and budget management.

• Familiarity with calls for bids and proposal evaluation processes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex contract-related issues.

• Proficiency in maintaining organized records and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
