Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in litigation, particularly in insurance defense, insurance coverage, and products liability. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional legal expertise and a commitment to providing high-quality representation in civil matters.

Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation cases with a focus on insurance defense, insurance coverage, and products liability.
• Draft and review legal motions, pleadings, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage discovery processes, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing evidence.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case files to ensure seamless workflow and compliance.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex civil litigation matters.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting litigation practices.
• Licensed attorney with active membership in the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling litigation cases.
• Strong expertise in civil litigation, including insurance defense and products liability.
• Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Proficient in managing discovery processes and legal research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
