• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely entry into the accounting system.
• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and oversee check runs to ensure timely payments.
• Utilize Sage accounting software for efficient financial record management and reporting.
• Maintain accurate account coding and reconcile discrepancies in invoices and payment records.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment and invoicing issues.
• Prepare and review financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during all financial transactions.
• Assist in streamlining accounts payable processes for improved efficiency.
• Provide support for audits by organizing and presenting relevant financial data.
• Proven experience in accounts payable processes and financial record management.
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of account coding and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and check runs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills for vendor and internal team collaboration.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and practices in financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
