Accounts Payable Analyst Opportunity – Hybrid Work Model

Overview of the Role

Join a team of professionals within the Accounts Payable department, supporting multiple entities and subsets with complex AP processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pay runs
• Invoice preparation
• Sales tax compliance
• Vendor management:
• Bank Reconciliation 
• Special projects

Required Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with 1099 reporting a plus
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Required: Associate’s degree with 2-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $65,000–$73,000/year

Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree

2-5 years of experience in general accounting and accounts payable
