In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting financial operations within a dynamic environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to essential accounting tasks and collaborate on special projects.Responsibilities:• Process and allocate accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.• Issue and distribute checks, including patient refunds and voided checks.• Maintain and reconcile daily bank balances and patient payments received at the time of service.• Support month-end and year-end closing activities through detailed reconciliations.• Organize, scan, and file accounts payable invoices within the accounting system.• Assist with special projects as needed to enhance financial operations.• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless accounting processes.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
