Overview:
The Integration Project Manager will primarily focus on integrating our acquisitions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition. While this role will primarily involve M&A integration projects, the Project Manager will also occasionally be responsible for other projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in general project management and experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements):
- Lead the end-to-end integration process for newly acquired companies
- Creating and executing integration plans
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to meet integration goals
- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Synergy tracking and, where necessary, assist in implementation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define integration strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the successful transfer of technology, processes, and knowledge from acquired entities.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project goals.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement best practices for integration processes.
- Manage and lead other projects as assigned.
Qualifications (What you’ll need to be successful):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in acquisition integration is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%).

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
