We are seeking a Regional Controller to support operational and financial leadership across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites in the South Central region. This role partners closely with the VP/GM and corporate finance to drive performance, cost control, and data-driven decision-making at the plant level.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the financial partner to regional operations leadership
- Oversee month-end close, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Drive cost savings, margin improvement, and operational insights
- Support plant leaders with clear, actionable financial reporting
- Manage 1–2 Accounting Managers (Dallas-based)
- Ensure financial consistency across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
- Plant-level finance experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong operational mindset with hands-on plant exposure
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Amtech a plus)
- Ability to translate operational data into clear financial insights
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
