Compensation: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Support, Data Entry, Administrative Support, or a related office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review invoices for completeness and proper documentation
- Assist with invoice coding and matching supporting documentation
- Maintain organized electronic and physical accounting records
- Support vendor account maintenance and assist with payment inquiries
- Assist with accounts payable reporting and data entry tasks
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- Assist with month-end accounting activities and reconciliations
