We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a leading advanced manufacturing facility supporting the power generation and aerospace industries. This role is responsible for safely performing preventive, predictive, routine, and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
Shift Availability
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1 opening)
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2 openings)
Interview Process

Key Responsibilities
- Perform predictive, preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines.
- Repair, assemble, and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation.
- Rebuild, install, and repair centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.
- Maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and servo controls.
- Install piping, conduit, and raceway systems.
- Perform general facilities and building maintenance.
- Document maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Trade School certification in a technical field with 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment,
OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical/electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, industrial controls, and servo systems.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, CNC equipment, and electronic control systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be willing to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE), including arc flash and fall protection equipment.
- Must follow all workplace safety procedures, including the use of steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection where required.
