Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of IT, Digital Applications to lead enterprise application strategy, business systems modernization, and digital enablement initiatives. This executive leader will partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions drive operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the enterprise applications strategy, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, and custom business applications
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, modernizing platforms and optimizing business processes
- Partner with executive leadership and business units to align technology solutions with business goals
- Oversee application architecture, system integrations, and data flows across the organization
- Lead, mentor, and scale high‑performing IT and application teams
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and application roadmaps
- Ensure application security, compliance, and governance standards are met
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long‑term application investment plans
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise applications
- Proven experience leading ERP and large-scale business systems implementations
- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications, integrations, and digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and translate business needs into technology solutions
- Experience managing large teams and complex vendor ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Salary : $230,000 - $280,000
