This role is ideal for a collaborative, results-driven project manager with strong Agile/Scrum experience, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering technology initiatives on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across applications, systems, and infrastructure
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Promote strong cross-functional collaboration across IT, business units, and leadership
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and Agile practices
- Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and business priorities
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master experience a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project budgeting and financial tracking
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
