- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with department leaders to support operational and financial planning
- Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Support long-term planning, scenario modeling, and investment analysis
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Assist with board presentations and leadership reporting packages
- Collaborate with accounting on close processes and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (ERP, BI tools)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
