- Provide technical assistance for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to meet departmental SLAs.
- Support employees via phone, email, remote tools, or in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, virtual machines, smartphones, scanners, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, drivers, and system settings according to company standards.
- Diagnose issues, determine root cause, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
- A , Network , Microsoft, or VMware certifications preferred but not required.
- Minimum 1 year of IT support or helpdesk experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, domains, and group policies.
