- Maintain and reconcile accurate cost basis information across client portfolios
- Support trade processing, settlements, and post-trade operational activities
- Prepare and analyze portfolio and performance reports using Excel
- Utilize advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, sorting, and formulas
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, transactions, and cost basis
- Collaborate with advisors, portfolio managers, and custodians to ensure operational accuracy
- Proven experience working with cost basis data
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation
- Prior experience in portfolio operations, investment operations, or a similar role
- RIA experience strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
