- Provide hands-on desktop support for end users in a professional services or financial services environment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, including packaging and upgrading servers.
- Support and manage Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Handle RSA token setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve escalated issues efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver support with a customer-first attitude, ensuring clear communication and professional presentation.
- At least 5 years of IT support experience, preferably within financial services or a similar environment.
- Strong expertise with Windows, including system setup, packaging, and server upgrades.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration and support.
- Experience with RSA for secure authentication.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with users at all levels.
