Title Shared Services Engineer II /Desktop Engineer - On-siteCity & State: Stamford, ConnecticutDuration: 6 Months Fixed Pay Rate: $ 45.68 an hr Shared Services Engineer II On-site support with dedicated engineers during core hours for Enhanced Desktop Support Users. Services delivered at: 600 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT (Primary Site) 35 Nutmeg Drive, Trumbull, CT (Disaster Recovery Site) Walk-up, phone, and email support with no appointment needed. Full incident resolution related to Local Services. Replacement/swap of faulty equipment and peripherals using NatWest-owned stock. General IT guidance and support for user devices. Management of local consigned hardware stock for break-fix and service requests. Logging of Incidents or Service Requests on behalf of users when required. Completion of Service Requests that can be resolved directly on-site. Implementing small service improvements based on recurring user feedback. Providing both ticket-based and in-person (shoulder-tap) support for Desktop and Voice-related issues. Reason for Request:Requirements:This is a Desktop Engineer role for the Stamford location - Onsite Top 3 skills:• Intune/MECM expertise for application deployment and device management.• Strong application troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11.• Experience supporting enterprise apps (e.g., Trading floor, Bloomberg, add-ins, trading tools).
