- Provide administrative support to senior IT leadership, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Assist with day-to-day operational workflows across the IT organization to support efficiency and organization.
- Prepare and update documents, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
- Coordinate meetings, gather materials, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Support basic expense tracking, documentation organization, and administrative reporting.
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation to support IT leadership and team operations.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and visitors.
- Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Proven experience providing administrative or executive support to senior leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, well-spoken presence.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
