Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Talent Operations to lead and elevate recruiting operations function. This person will manage a team, drive operational excellence across talent coordination and operations, and ensure recruiting processes scale effectively across multiple brands. This is a highly impactful role for someone who brings a structured, tech-forward background, exceptional attention to quality, and the ability to balance urgency with operational rigor.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team responsible for Talent Coordination and Talent Operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Recruiting and Coordination teams.
- Define and uphold high-quality standards across candidate experience, documentation, workflows, and process consistency.
- Improve and streamline operational workflows including scheduling, interview logistics, documentation standards, and candidate feedback cycles.
- Build and analyze executive-level dashboards and data storytelling.
- Provide insights on pipeline velocity, funnel health, recruiter forecasting, and operational performance.
- Manage and optimize recruiting technologies including Lever, GoodTime, and CodeSignal.
- Evaluate new tools and lead end-to-end implementation, including coordination with Legal, Security, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead or support ATS integrations and large-scale system changes.
- Partner on recruiting marketing initiatives, social campaigns, and employer brand content.
- Oversee hiring operations for Early Career programs (not program management).
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of experience in Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations.
- Background in traditional tech or tech-forward companies (required).
- Lever ATS experience is required (minimum 1 year).
- Strong analytical mindset: capable of building dashboards, deriving insights, and presenting data to executives.
- Experience owning recruiting tools and driving system implementations.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Experience supporting employer branding or recruiting marketing initiatives is a plus.
