Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance across multiple locations
- Lead and develop senior operations leadership teams
- Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and cost controls
- Ensure consistency in guest experience, service standards, and operational execution
- Analyze financial and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall business planning initiatives
- Foster a high-performance, people-focused culture centered on accountability and development
- Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership and support teams
- Implement operational systems, processes, and best practices that support scalability and growth
Qualifications
- Extensive multi-unit operations leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, budgets, and labor performance
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
