We’re hiring a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-unit restaurant operations.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for operational performance, people leadership, financial results, and scalable growth across multiple locations. The right person will bring a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on operational execution.

• Proven multi-unit operations leadership within high-volume full-service restaurant or hospitality environments
• Experience leading high-volume locations across multiple markets
• Strong background in P&L ownership, labor management, and operational efficiencies
• Track record of developing high-performing regional and store-level leaders
• Ability to drive consistency, accountability, and guest experience at scale
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
