As we continue expanding nationwide, we are seeking a strong production leader who is passionate about food quality, sanitation, team development, and operational consistency.

Position Overview

The District Production Manager is responsible for overseeing production standards, sanitation, quality assurance, and operational execution across multiple bakery café locations within a designated region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all products meet brand quality expectations while maintaining the highest standards in food safety and sanitation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of bakery production, food safety regulations, and team development, capable of driving consistency and operational excellence across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities

Production & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee production operations across multiple bakery café locations
  • Ensure consistent execution of product quality, packaging, merchandising, and display standards
  • Monitor and improve operational processes and facility standards

Food Safety & Sanitation

  • Maintain the highest standards in sanitation, food safety, and quality assurance
  • Monitor compliance with local health regulations, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards
  • Conduct sanitation evaluations and implement corrective action plans where necessary
  • Oversee health inspection readiness and compliance initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop production staff across assigned locations
  • Educate teams on food production techniques, sanitation practices, and quality standards
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Evaluate product quality and consistency across all stores
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
  • Prepare reports related to production, labor, product costs, and new product launches
  • Support training rollouts and operational transitions for new menu items

Financial & Inventory Management

  • Assist with purchasing and production planning
  • Monitor and report product costs and labor expenses
  • Support operational efficiency and waste reduction initiatives

Qualifications

  • Culinary or food production educational background preferred (Confectionery, Baking, Culinary Arts, or related field)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant production or bakery café experience
  • Strong understanding of food production processes, sanitation, and quality assurance programs
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP principles, ISO standards, and food safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root-cause analysis skills
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities
  • Ability to travel regularly to support multiple locations

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
