- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and Web analytics.
- Engage actively with followers through social listening techniques, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to nurture community relationships.
- Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote seasonal specials, new products, or bakery events.
- Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives that reflect our family-oriented values and authentic bakery experience.
