The Vice President of Store Operations is a full-time hybrid role based in Hartford, CT, with some opportunity for remote work. This senior leadership position involves overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure profitability and outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for driving team performance, implementing operational strategies, managing budgets and P&Ls, and providing leadership for store managers to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the role includes overseeing sales growth, upholding customer service standards, and planning new store openings to align with the company’s vision and mission.
- Expertise in P&L Management to drive profitability and optimize performance.
- Strong background in Sales and Store Management, including improving efficiency and driving growth.
