This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and people development while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple General Managers to achieve sales, profit, and operational goals.
- Drive guest satisfaction, food safety, speed of service, and brand standards across all locations.
- Coach, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
- Monitor P&L performance, labor, food costs, and key operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Travel regularly between restaurant locations to provide hands-on operational support.
Qualifications
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience required.
- Strong background in high-volume QSR or fast-casual operations.
- Proven success in sales growth, P&L management, and team development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Food Safety Certification required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
- College degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
