- Leads by example, bringing energy, accountability, and professionalism to every interaction.
- Is adaptable, resourceful, and able to navigate challenges with creativity and grit.
- Takes ownership, sees the big picture, and understands how daily actions impact long-term community success.
Core Values You’ll Embody
- Forward-Thinking: Anticipate needs, innovate solutions, and lead with vision.
- Integrity: Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
- Grit: Push through challenges with determination and resilience.
- Humility: Listen first, stay grounded, and put the mission above ego.
- Teamability: Collaborate with openness, respect, and trust.
- Extreme Ownership: Take responsibility for outcomes and drive results with urgency.
What Success Looks Like
- Residents feel valued, heard, and proud to call the community their forever home.
- Team members are mentored, supported, and motivated to perform at their best.
- The community runs smoothly, with strong collections, occupancy, financial health, and curb appeal.
- You act as the “face of the community,” fostering trust with residents, vendors, and partners.
Who You’ll Report To
You’ll be directly supported by our Regional Vice President, Libee Lam, a leader who’s known for rolling up their sleeves, celebrating wins big and small, and occasionally cracking a good dad joke in between strategy sessions. Expect accountability, mentorship, and the kind of support that helps you grow both personally and professionally.

- Annual base salary commensurate with experience
- Bi-weekly sales commissions of 4% on home sales
- Monthly collections bonus tied to achieving collection goals
- Quarterly occupancy bonus for driving stable and growing occupancy
- Annual NOI bonus based on community financial performance
