We are seeking a dynamic and growth-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead brand strategy, franchise marketing performance, and full-funnel growth initiatives. This executive will be responsible for driving revenue, increasing guest lifetime value, improving customer acquisition efficiency, and positioning the brand for sustainable national expansion.
This role requires a leader with current, relevant franchise experience and deep expertise in growth marketing.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $200,000–$215,000

Required Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Current/recent franchise brand experience (Required)
- Experience leading a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality marketing
- Proven track record of revenue acceleration and measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in growth marketing frameworks and experimentation models
- Strong analytical background with experience interpreting CAC, CLTV, LTV/CAC ratios, attribution models
- Experience leading high-performing internal teams and agencies
- Ability to align brand strategy with franchisee economics
